Anita graduated from El Centro Union High School. She had a career in sales, working for Parkers Pharmacy and Shamrock Foods, while supporting her husband with several other companies.
On February 7, 1964, Anita met and married Kenneth Leo Spear. She had a passion for playing poker, online painting, and playing the flute.
Anita was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Spear, her mother, Billie Jo Starns, her father, Paul Eugene Longley.
She is survived by her son, Gary Spear (Pattie), her daughter, Tammy Temple (Chris), her grandchildren, Timothy Spear (Krystal), Courtney Polonia (Bryan), Christian Temple (Megan), and Tanner Stokes (Cameron), her great-grandchildren, Cyra, Aidan, Leo, Reya, Cooper, and Cameron, and her half-brother, Patrick Longley.
No formal services will be held. A private celebration of life will take place.
