Carl held an Associates Degree and became a U.S. Marine after 22 years of service he retired as a Master Sergeant. He was employed at LTM Corporation. He was a member of the American Legion Post #19. Carl enjoyed auctions, car shows and music.
Carl is survived by his wife Pamela Hilse; mother, Hilda Hilse; son, William Hilse; brother, Michael (Carla) Hilse; grand-daughter, Kellie Hilse and many special friends. Carl was preceded in death by his father, Carl A. Hilse.
Services will be held at Johnson Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Carl will be laid to rest on a later date at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association .
