Jack D. Chandler passed away at the age of 84 on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona. He was born on October 15, 1929 in Spokane, Washington. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army.
Left to cherish his memory is Jack's wife, Dorothy M. Chandler of the home. He was predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Myrtle Chandler.
