She is a testament of a true fighter: incredible strength, never giving up and accepting all medical treatments with any consequence. She was blessed with many caring, loving and supportive friends and family that was with her through this journey. She is now at peace with her Lord and Savior, joining her loving mother Dorothy Reynolds.
Lilaf was born February 13, 1943 in Shelbyville, Illinois, grew up in Yuma, Arizona then raised her family in Phoenix, Arizona until her retirement, moving back home to Yuma. She has been a long-time member of First Church of the Nazarene (Connecting Point).
She is survived by her brother: Kenneth Reynolds of Yuma, 3 daughters: Twila Meador, Starlene Poland, and Michele Hedrick; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Reynolds (2012), step-father Lester Reynolds (1965), and father Ervil Reynolds (1945).
Services to be held at Johnson Mortuary Chapel & Desert Lawn Memorial Park located at 1415 S. 1st Avenue, Yuma, 928-782-4384.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm with Funeral Service on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 11:00 am.
