

Mr. Michael Donn "Mike" Warren, age 65, of Yuma, Arizona, formerly of Madison, Indiana. Mike entered this life on December 27, 1945 in Madison, Indiana. He was the loving son of the late, Donald M. & Wilma K. Eaglin Warren. He was raised in Madison and was a 1964 graduate of Shawe Memorial High School. He was inducted into the United States Navy on September 11, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana and rose to the rank of Seaman during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged on August 11, 1965 from the U.S. Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. Mike was united in marriage on October 9, 1992 at the Hanover College Chapel to Pamela J. Geurts. He was employed for thirty five years with the Department of the Army working at the Jefferson Proving Ground in Madison, Indiana until it closed in 1994 as the Chief of Production Control he then transferred to the Yuma Proving Ground and retired in January 2011 as a Test Officer. Mike was honored with induction in the Military Order of Saint Barbara, Patron Saint of Artillerymen. He was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Parish in Madison and after moving to Yuma in 1994 he attended Stone Ridge Church. He enjoyed motorcycles, hot rods and hunting. Mike was a devoted husband, dad, grandpa, brother and uncle. Mike died Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 8:45 a.m. from lung complications at the Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona.

Geurts Warren of Yuma, Arizona; his loving daughter: Kathleen Warren of Madison, Indiana; his loving grandson: James Mack of Madison, Indiana; his loving twin sister: Sharon A. May & her husband, Paul D. of Madison, Indiana; his nephew: Anthony May of Las Vegas, Nevada; his sister in law: Kathy G. Tosh of Havre De Grace, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald M. Warren; his mother, Wilma K. Eaglin Warren Eades; his step father, Wilber Eades.
MEMORIAL SERVICE AND FUNERAL MASS
A Memorial Service will be conducted Monday, October 3, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., by Chaplain Ball at the Yuma Proving Ground Post Chapel, Yuma Proving Ground in Yuma, Arizona. The family has requested that donations of flowers be sent to the Morgan & Nay Funeral Center, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
Funeral Mass will be conducted Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., by Father Chris Craig at the St. Patrick Catholic Chapel, 305 West State Street in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, Indiana.

SPECIAL SERVICES
Full military honors will be conducted at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Chapel, by Jefferson Post 9, of the American Legion and the U.S. Navy Great Lakes Ceremonial Unit.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Yuma. Cards are available at the funeral home.
