Petra G. Hefner

Petra was a Catholic Lay Evangelist and Cursillista, and believed in the power of the rosary and prayer. She was also part of St. Francis Church Charismatic prayer group for many years. Her life was dedicated to the Lord, her family, her only daughter, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Petra was preceded in death by her husband Noah Hefner. She is survived by her sister Rosie Solis, her only daughter Deborah (Robert) Aguilar, her granddaughter Adrienne (Marco) Navarro, granddaughter Robyn (Mohamed Nur) Aguilar, and grandson Jesus Roberto (Mely) Aguilar Jr., and her nine great grandchildren.

The viewing will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2016. Interment will follow in the Garden of Field of Honor at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. A reception to follow at Eagles Hall at 12:00 p.m.

Pallbearers include: Jesus Roberto Aguilar, Marco Navarro, Julian Gonzales, Ernie Chavez, Jay Beichler, and Fernando Salas. Honorary Pallbearers include: Gregory Derma and Anthony Navarro.
