Mr. Richard Donald Welborn

Richard served one enlistment in the US Navy, and then worked at the Scott Paper Co. in Everett, WA for 40 years.

Richard is survived by his wife of 68 years, Shirley Welborn; his son James V. Welborn of Lake Stevens, Washington; his son Edward Lee Welborn of Seattle, Washington; and his sister Marion Day of Lake Stevens, Washington. Richard also leaves behind one grandchild.

Richard's ashes will be laid to rest in Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA at a later date.
