A visitation for Sherry Lavaughn Figueroa, of Yuma, Arizona will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, August 10, 2011 at Johnson Mortuary Chapel. Private cremation will follow at Desert Lawn Crematory in Yuma, Arizona.
Sherry was born Saturday, March 2, 1946, in El Centro,California. She passed at the age of 65 on Wednesday, August 3, 2011, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.
Sherry leaves behind her husband, William A. Figueroa; daughters, Dianna Damico of Boston, Debra Figueroa, Darlene Figueroa both of Yuma, Arizona and Dawn Figueroa of San Luis, Arizona; sister, Deme Swinehart; brothers, Cecil Roach and Dennis Roach; numerous grandchildren and one great granddaughter. She was preceded into death by her parents Cecil and Harriette Roach.
