On October 14, 2022, Theresa Thomas passed peacefully in Phoenix, Arizona surrounded by family. She was born on March 20, 1968 in Yuma, Arizona to the late Ronnie Thomas and the late Virginia White. She attended O.L. Carlisle Elementary School and Kofa High School. She played baseball, volleyball and basketball with all her cousins. She was a very creative person. She enjoyed arts and crafts. Her hobbies are coloring and writing.
Theresa was predeceased by her father Ronnie Thomas, mother Virginia White and her daughter Virginia Molly Miller.
Theresa Thomas is survived by brother Luke Thomas, sister Sharon Thomas and Veronica Thomas; Children Martin Miller, Marisia Miller, Thomas Miller, Monica Miller, Marty Samuel Miller, Gabriella Flores and Michael Corona; Grandchildren Halana Sophia Miller, Evan Wade Valenzuela, Arianna Alyssa Miller, Ava Elizabeth Miller and Anahi Flores and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services and viewing will be held on November 5, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the East Cocopah Reservation at the Assembly of God Church, 18264 S. Cottonwood Loop, Somerton, Arizona. Tribal Rights will be held at the East Cocopah Cry House from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Cremation.
She loved all her family and most importantly her eight children. She will be forever missed by many and will remain forever in our hearts.
Pallbearers will be family and friends and honorary pallbearers are Gary White, Lester White, Neil White, Luke Thomas, Daniel Villanueva, Keith Villanueva, Martin Miller III, Marty Samuel Miller, Thomas Miller, Gabriel Hammond, Greg Hammond and Michael Corona.
