Mr. Thomas Wayne Starnes of Yuma, Arizona passed away at home on Thursday, January 2, 2014. He was a salesman and served in the United State Air Force. Thomas was born on December 8, 1938 in La Follette, Tennessee.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Francisca A. Starnes of the home; daughters, Bobbie J. Starnes of Las Vegas and Helen Shaham of Yuma; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
