Vivian is the rare type of human we all wish to meet at least once in our lives. She was a genuine good soul who cared about everyone around her. I had the pleasure of meet her as her trainer here I'm Texas; I could tell immediately she was the type of nurse aide that was there for the right reason, to care for her people. She was a fantastic aide who blessed each life she had the chance to care for, and a great friend who would chat with you over a plate of flautas at a restaurant then go shop with you to spend time together. Vivi was a great friend I was blessed to know. She loved her family, absolutely loved her daughter, and loved her company around her. I am so deeply saddened for her loved ones, yet proud to see how loved she was.

﻿I greet each one of you in the love of Jesus who loved us first.  Although I do not know those of you who may hear my thoughts, we are joined by one special little child of God, our Vivian. My part of her story was a short one, but I pray and believe that it was the part in which she came to know the best and truest version of Vivian as God Himself had created her to be.  On a chilly January day, 2018, she and Lee honored me with a visit to my home so she could talk about her desire to be baptized and come to know more about God. Of course, these proud young expectant parents also wanted to talk about Lucy‘s arrival date and plans for her baptism. Over the next 15 months, Vivian and I met several times a month for her catechism instructions, and each time she left with a quick hug and the assurance that it was the best lesson ever!  We sat in my two rocking chairs praying, holding and singing to Lucy.  Even before her baptism, Vivian reflected that love as she spoke so genuinely of caring about each one of you and her family there and in her new family here, especially the older members of the family. I can still hear her very quiet little voice listing off the names of those we needed to pray for and remember in our prayer time each session.  And then came the glorious night of her Baptism, Confirmation, and first Communion.  She was nervous but joyful, and it was my privilege to stand just inches away from her and her mother-in-law as Vivian came into that new and eternal life offered in baptism. As we did on the night of her baptism, we will light a candle to remember the love of god which knows no limits. we called her daughter of the heavenly father;  I called her little one; and Jesus has now called her home to Himself.  May he mercifully greet her in the courts of Heaven.

Vivian was such a sweet soul who loved her friends and daughter like crazy! She will be truly missed! I love you My little Taco! 


May her soul rest with the Lord wrap your loving arms-around her she may be at Peace make your face to shine upon her Blessings 

May God put Viviana in a special place where she will be watching over her beautiful daughter, her mother and siblings, the people who loved and cherished her.
