Erlinda D. Gill, age 69, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 05, 2019 in her son’s home at Pueblo, Colorado. She was born June 10, 1950 in Zambales, Philippines to Foustina Dayap and Irenio Dimasacupan. She has three surviving siblings Aida, Amparo and Panchito. She was married for 27 years to Thomas John Gill.
Erlinda has five children Eref, Marie, Lynd, Rosie and Thomas. She is a humble person, a generous sister and a friend, a loving wife, a devoted mother and a wonderful grandmother to her nine grandchildren Lindsay, Rosalinda, John Perie, Travis, Jazmynn, Jynwin, Jacob, Steven, Jazlynn and one more on the way. She is the best Mother-in-law to Sandra, Peter, Darwin, Renalen and Joarnie.
She was an athlete from elementary to College where she graduated Cosmetology at Ramon Magsaysay Polytechnic College. She then served as a Barangay Chairman at the Barrio where she lived. She used to own and manage her own “sari-sari Store” before she migrated to United States of America.
Erlinda loved to do arts and crafts especially crochet and gifted it to her friends. She enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling with family. She loves to spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening. She was a generous giver but never a taker throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
