Roseann Mercedes Jacob, age 14, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Phoenix, AZ. Roseann's Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Templo Samaria. A funeral service to take place on Thursday, December 12 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Templo Samaria. The Graveside Service and Burial to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Advantage Colonial Chapel.
