Our facility includes four updated venues with flexible round-table seating. The Peace venue accommodates up to 100 guests, Serenity up to 85, Eternity up to 50 and Tranquility up to 35. The Eternity venue can also accommodate catered receptions. As part of recent updates, traditional pews were replaced with round tables and chairs to create more comfortable, adaptable spaces for today's funerals, memorials and celebrations of life. Thoughtfully refreshed spaces and comfortable furnishings help create a welcoming atmosphere where family and friends can come together, share memories and feel at ease.

Families who prefer a service in a church are welcome to choose that option as well. Our team maintains relationships with religious leaders and churches throughout the community and can help arrange an off-site funeral or memorial service at the family's church of choice.

A Legacy of Service in North Miami

The history of funeral service at this North Miami location dates to 1922. Over the decades, the funeral home has operated under different names while continuing to serve families in the Miami area.

For much of the 1970s through the early 1990s, the location was known as Lithgow Funeral Home. SCI acquired Lithgow around 1992–1993, and the funeral home continued under the Lithgow name for more than 20 years.

In 2014, the location became Caballero Rivero Southern Funeral Home. Today, as part of the Dignity Memorial® network, our team carries that long tradition of funeral service forward while meeting the needs of North Miami's diverse communities.
