

Christopher Dylan Braun, fondly known as "Chris" or "Bronz," passed away tragically on December 15, 2024, at the age of 43. In a selfless act of courage, Chris lost his life while trying to save a friend. His bravery and love for others will forever be remembered.
Born on November 22, 1981, in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Chris was proud of his Cree ancestry. He lived in various communities in Saskatchewan and B.C. He lived a vibrant and challenging life. Known for his kind and caring nature, he cherished his family and friends deeply, always offering his unwavering support and love. His infectious smile and sharp sense of humor could brighten anyone's day, often accompanied by a phone call or a well-timed joke.
Chris was an avid NFL fan, with a special place in his heart for the Baltimore Ravens. He eagerly anticipated their potential Super Bowl run in 2025. His passion extended to collecting team jerseys, hats, and shoes of all kinds—a hobby that brought him great joy.
Chris leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and loyalty. His family, friends, and all who knew him will forever cherish the moments shared with him. He will be remembered for his big heart, infectious smile, and the joy he brought into the lives of everyone around him.
Chris is survived by his parents, Peter Braun and Kimberly Dick, and his brother Jeremy Braun.
