Cyril attended Our Lady of Sorrows grade school and graduated from Vancouver College in 1948. He married Patricia Kuthar in 1953 and moved to Abbotsford in 1968. He was a denturist in Vancouver and Abbotsford until he retired.
Being a very talented trumpet player, Cyril belonged to the Kitsilano Boys Band, the Abbotsford Concert Band, and the Moonlighters Dance Orchestra. He was also a member of the Chilliwack Golf & Country Club and enjoyed golfing there weekly for many years.
Cyril will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Pat; son, Bruce; daughters, Lisa (Les) Timar and Pamela (Dave) McConvey; as well as seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his son David Anthony.
Many thanks to all the nurses, doctors, and staff at Holmberg House Hospice who cared for Cyril with grace and dignity.
