

Alberta. He married Gail (Woodley) in 1967
Henry went to University of Alberta in the
evenings to become an accountant while still working at Peter Bawdin Drilling during the day.
In 1967 he moved to Dawson Creek as the
senior account. Then in 1971 moved to Prince Rupert to become the Treasurer of the City of Prince Rupert in 1979 he then moved to the District of Abbotsford as the
Treasurer where he stayed until amalgamation of the two
districts Abbotsford & Matsqui.
As it was too early for retirement he took a course to become a Financial planner at which time he worked for
Willems, Klassen, Brown and then Money Concepts. He later totally retired to enjoy his retirement years fishing, gardening, traveling and being with his family he so loved.
Henry is survived by his loving wife Gail, of 54 years, his children and their spouses & grandchildren: Randy & (Aryn), son Aidan; Terina, (Jamie Buchanan,deceased) sons, Bradley, Reid, & Jay; Glen (Kristi) and girls Ava & Karsyn. Henry is survived by his sister Pat Eastman, brother Ron (Linda) Savard and his brother Allan, deceased and special friend Doug Gardner and his only Uncle Wilfrid Savard and only Aunt Rose Edwards.
