Lillian was born on August 23, 1938 in Edmonton, Alberta to Bill and Mary Marusyk.
When Lillian was 10 years old, her family moved to the Vancouver Area.
Lillian graduated from Templeton High School in 1956. In the mid 70’s Lillian worked as a secretary for a mortgage company in downtown Vancouver. She was later employed by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.
On November 24, 1979, Lillian married the love of her life, Leslie Dobson.
From 1979-2003 Lillian was a Travel Wholesaler, for Maui and all Islands. As a Travel Wholesaler, Lillian and Leslie were fortunate enough to be able to visit Hawaii 19 times, relating to her work.
Lillian leaves behind her husband Les of 45 years, great nephew Randy, nieces Kathy and Tami, great niece Maryna and great nephews: Kevin, Keanu and James.
Lillian was full of life, humorous and always fun to be around. Lillian will be sadly missed.
