Philip passed peacefully into the presence of His Lord on Friday morning March 18, 2011. He is survived by his second wife Yvonne and his three children: Paul (Marilyn), Carolyn Hillstrom (Tim), and Peter (Lori) and stepchildren: Paul Crispin (Andrea), Jilien Crispen (Vivienne), Matthew Crispin (Jackie). He also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 9 step-grandchildren, and his older brother Vernon, nieces and nephews. Philip Taylor served his Lord faithfully as Professor of Pastoral Care at Providence Theological Seminary for many years and will be remembered for his compassionate care and gentle wisdom. He retired first to Kelowna and later to Abbotsford. He will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers donations be given to County Line Christian Fellowship or Hope For The Nations (Children at Risk).
