Sheila Fay Rottluff

Sheila passed away peacefully in her sleep at Mission Memorial Hospital after spending time with friends and family.

Sheila was born on February 19, 1940 in Chilliwack B.C. where she was raised, moving to Abbotsford in 1960 where she lived for the remainder of her life.

She is survived by her loving daughters Nikki (Lane Barrett), Denise (Ty Sztuhar) and Gen Rottluff (Mark Wright) and grandchildren Ethan, Eli, Emily and Ehren Sztuhar.

Sheila is also survived by her twin sister, Maxine McLellan and many nieces and nephews.

Sheila was predeceased by her loving husband Ken Rottluff, her sisters Georgina Gelinas, Margaret Johnson, Adella Kennedy, Viola Vance, brother Barry Hiebert, nephews Chris Gelinas, Michael Johnson and niece Christy Hope (McLellan).

Our Mom was a very strong, determined and independent woman, with a work ethic we all admired.

She took great pride in her home and family including her grandchildren and “grand puppies”, she was very proud of them all.

She enjoyed hosting family celebrations year after year and spending time with her two cherished friends and the ladies from tennis and bridge.

We will miss her deeply.

Celebration of Life will be held on July 14, 2023 at 2:30 PM in the Chapel at Henderson’s Funeral Home at 34537 Marshall Rd Abbotsford BC.

In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations can be made in her honour to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Arthritis Society of Canada.
