The family will receive friends for a visitation at 6:00 PM on Wednesday September 20, 2023 at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday September 21, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Albert officiating. Burial will follow at Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories.
Angelita Flores Guajardo was born in Abilene, TX to Adalberto Jimenez Guajardo and Andrea J. Flores, on October 17, 2001. Lita graduated from Abilene High School in Abilene. She was employed by Allsups and Visiting Angels. Lita was our vibrant angel, she was a strong independent young lady. Lita was a natural caregiver and always a mother to her siblings. She will be missed by many family and friends that she held a special place in their hearts.
Lita was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ambrocio T. Flores and Gloria J. Flores; paternal grandparents, Juan Jimenez and Gemila Jimenez.
Lita is survived by her parents, Andrea J. Flores of Abilene, TX and Adalberto J. Guajardo of Muzquiz Coah. Mexico; brothers Albert Flores, Alejandro Guajardo of Abilene, TX, sisters, Alexis Guajardo and Ambrosia Guajardo of Abilene, TX; memaw Margie Deleon (Rudy Deleon) of Abilene, TX; paternal grandparents, Jesus M. Rodriguez of Ciudad Acuña Coah. Mexico; Lucilla Jimenez of Abilene, TX; uncles, Roman Flores ( Delia Flores), Jesus Rodriguez of Abilene, TX, Jacob Rodriguez of Bedford, TX; nephews, Zayden and Zy’lus of Abilene, TX; special aunts, Natalia Littles (Chris), Patricia Ann Santana (Javier) of Abilene, TX and Gloria Ann Flores ( Martin) from Austin, TX; best friend, Giovanna Rodriguez of Abilene, TX and friend Jaime Rodriguez.
Pallbearers will be Darian Wright, Estevan Stokes, Tristan Littles, Javier Santana, Andy Arredondo, Chris Littles, Alec Arredondo and Mateo Rodriguez.
