Belinda Jo Thomas

Belinda Jo Thomas was born May 17, 1951 in Dallas, TX to Ray Dorsett Thomas and Iva Nell Calvert. She passed away on May 25, 2025 at 4:57 AM at the age of 74. Sudden Kidney Failure led to Septic Shock.

She entered Heaven’s Portal to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ who filled her with the Gift of the Holy Ghost & Baptism in Jesus Name as a young girl. She was anxious to see her Dad she lost when she was 20 years old. At the age of 14 Belinda Jo Thomas met and married Willie Dean Alexander whom she met at the United Pentecostal Church in Snyder, TX. They were married March 12, 1966 in Ranger, TX at the United Pentecostal Church with Bro. Lamb officiating. They just celebrated their 59th year together.

Belinda Jo had 3 wonderful sons. Randall Ray Alexander – 1st wife Charla Robertson and daughter Elizabeth Alexander Flies. 2nd wife Ashley Fox and daughter Amelia of Weatherford, TX. Christopher Todd Alexander and wife Rhonda Johnson and daughter Jennifer Alexander of Mineral Wells, TX. Jonathan Dean Alexander – 1st wife Crystal Byrd and son Nikola French of Omaha, NE. 2nd wife Katrina Burk and son Oliver Alexander, daughter Emaline Burk of Kennewick, WA. Granddaughter Elizabeth Alexander married Garrett Flies and has the 2 great grandkids, Lilly Ann and Riker Flies of Las Vegas, NV.

Burial was at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery, West Lake Road, Abilene, TX on May 30, 2025. A family graveside celebration will be held in July. She will be missed very much, but we know she is in a place where there’s no more tears, pain or suffering. Always Loved, Always Remembered.
