

Bobby J. Sartor, Jr., 51, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 30, 2010. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Memories, 542 Hickory, with Pastor Roy Meksch officiating. Burial will follow in the Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories. Visitation is 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Bobby was born to Geraldine L. (Gossett) and Bobby J. Sartor on November 4, 1958. He lived his entire life in Abilene, graduating from Abilene High School in 1977. Bobby began shortly after graduation working as an apprentice plumber and then obtained his journeyman's plumbing license. In 1986, after obtaining his master plumbing license, he opened his own plumbing company, Atlas Plumbing.
Bobby enjoyed many things such as Nascar, baseball and fishing, but most of all he loved and cherished his children, Erin and Tucker, his family and his friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Bobby J. Sartor, Sr. Survivors include his mother, Geraldine; two brothers, David L. Sartor and wife, Julie, Craig T. Sartor and wife, Saundra; children, Erin and Tucker Sartor; 2 nephews, Shawn and Zach; niece Shauna and husband, Tony; great-nieces and nephews, Brady, Alexxis and Makannah; and many relatives and close friends.
