Cheryl Lewis, 55, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Abilene. Arrangements are entrusted to Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory St. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00p.m., on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Bible Chapel Church, 2549 N. Danville Dr. with Pastor John Wayne officiating.
Cheryl was born on May 10, 1960 in Topeka, Kansas to Ross and Maria Hines. She was a homemaker and loving wife of 36 years to Steven Lewis. Preceding her in death was her mother, Maria. Survivors include her husband, Steven of Abilene; a son, Jon Lewis also of Abilene; her father, Doug Hines and wife, Edith; a sister, Linda Hensley and husband, Dale of Ft. Worth; nephew, Nick Hensley; niece, Alexis Hensley and her son, Max.
