Don "PaPa" Minor

Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 42 years, Lena Minor, and his children, Michael Minor and his wife Andrea and April Hale and her husband Billy. Don will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Ava Coffman, Trey Hale, Ella Coffman, and Abby Hale, his brother Jimmy Minor and his wife Susie, and his sister, Kathy Louis and his aunt, Mary Morgan, as well as his brother-in-law, Gary Roemisch and his wife Billie, his sister-in-laws, Maryann McCarty and her husband Norman, and Marie McCarty and her husband Harvey. Don will also be missed by his good friend and neighbor, Steve Pauley.

Don was preceded in death by his brother in law, Billy Louis.

A funeral service in memory of Don will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 10am in the Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Faith located at 5701 Hwy 277, Abilene, Texas with Dr. Murray Richey officiating. Interment will follow at the family plot located in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to attend a gathering at Hodges Baptist Church.
