Richard Kent Brock Sr.

Our Father, Richard Kent Brock, Sr., was called to reunite with other members of our family on Sunday, August 25, 2013. He fought hard and we are so thankful for our time with him. The love, the wisdom, his awesomeness, they go unmeasured. God bless our friends and family. Amen.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Full Gospel Ministries, Lake Leon, Eastland, Texas with Brother Benny Little officiating, directed by Community Memorial Funeral Home, 1443 North 2nd Street, Abilene, Texas.

Richard was born September 3, 1957 to Charles E. Brock and Evelyn Imogene Logan Brock in Redding, California. He lived in Eastland, Texas and was employed in the oilfield industry as an oil rig operator. Richard loved to tell jokes. He was a good man; loving father, grandfather, and brother; and will be dearly missed by all of his friends and family.

Survivors include his children, Christopher Brock, Amy Ghazi, Jessie Aguirre, Richard Brock, Jr., and Peggy Brock; two sisters, Shirley Tenhet and Linda Pryor; seventeen grandchildren; and numerous friends.
