She was the much loved wife of Harold and the loving mother of: Steven and his wife Bonnie, Karen and her husband Elgin Gray, Jeff and his wife Judy and Julie and her husband Greg Douglas. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Doris is survived by her sister Joyce Masales.
The family wish to express their heartfelt appreciation to her care givers, Linda Doherty and Sue Bosch, and the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at the Complex Continuing Care Unit at the Georgetown Hospital.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home “Shoemaker Chapel”, 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Tuesday, June 24th 2008 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted by The Rev. Canon J. Mark Tiller at Trinity United Church, 70 Mill Street East, Acton on Wednesday at two o’clock.
The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery
