He was predeceased by his beloved wife Jean Carol Smart (1984) and his parents Beatrice and Ross Allan.
John is survived by his sister Marie Bolton (Art) and their children, Carl Bolton (Val) and Jan Wyman (Al), as well as 5 grand-nieces and nephews.
John will be remembered for his life-long love and involvement with Historical Automobiles.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Monday, November 17th, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from noon until the funeral service, which will be conducted in the “Shoemaker Chapel” by the Rev. Pieter van Harten on Tuesday at one o’clock.
The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
