Violette Choueiry

Violette was born on August 15, 1936 in Lebanon to David and Margaret Aramouni.

She was an exceptional mother, nurse, seamstress, dedicating her life to raising nine children and extending her expertise to anyone in need.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond, Fady (son), parents, Simon, Raymond and Edmond (brothers).

Violette will be deeply missed by her children Elias (Marlene Maalouf), Charles (Sonia Nasr), Lena (Nassar Sawan), Georges (Joelle Aramouni), Maurice (Monique Aramouni), Maggie (Nasri Ghorayeb), Roger, Elza (Elie Saliba), and Hoda Joudie (widow of Fady), 29 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, brother Antoine, sister Yvette, including many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. The amazing legacy she left behind will live on.

Friends and family may come to call on Thursday October 12, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home 3653 West Market Street Akron, OH 44333 and on Friday October 13, 2023 from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. at our Lady of the Cedars 507 South Cleveland Massillon Road Fairlawn, OH 44333. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. burial at Rose Hill Burial Park.
