Annie Mae Crenshaw

Annie Mae Crenshaw, age 81 passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio. She was born in 1930 to Robert and Lillie Bell Smith in Greenville, Alabama. In 1950 she married Calvin Lee Crenshaw Sr. who preceded her in death in 2001.

Annie worked as a Nurses Aide at Marshall Manor for 43 years before retiring in 1997. She was a member of Gethsemane Church, enjoyed cooking and had a passion working with people.

Annie is survived by:

Daughters- Delores (Louis) Whitehead of Sylvania, OH

Gloria (Barry) Brown of Sylvania, OH

Son- Calvin (Brenzetta Wilson) Crenshaw of Albion

(10) Grandchildren

(11) Great Grandchildren

Sister- Annie Nell Bell of Alabama

Brother- Albert Hilson of Akron, OH

Special Granddaughter- Brianna Crenshaw

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Calvin, daughter Shirley Ann Anglin,

son Robert Allen Crenshaw and three brothers

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Temple

Church of God in Christ, 711 Grace Street, Albion, Michigan 49224 with Pastor Bradford Hall

officiating. Family Hour will be Thursday, December 29 from 11:00AM – Noon at the Church.

Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 1:00PM – 8:00PM at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan. Burial will be at Albion Memory Gardens, Albion, Michigan.
