Arlene loved to read, make homemade bread, telling family stories. Arlene was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister.
She is survived by brothers, Raymond Sr., Daniel (Vonda) Leslie Emard; sister, Lois (Kenny) Granger; daughter, Janice (Terry) Buskirk; daughter-in-law, Mary L. Little; son-in-law, Robert Rapp; grandchildren, Mary (William) Monarch, Kenneth and Rodney (Katrina) Rapp, Jennifer (Timothy) Douglas, Alicia (Charles) Johnson, 14 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Arlene is preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth R. Little, dear friend Willie Brown, brothers: Howard, Ronald, Oliver, Larry, Roy Emard, sisters: Dora Emard, and Jeannette Goodman, son: Melvin Little, daughter: Marcella Rapp, grandchildren: Timothy Little and Trudy G.
