
Barbara grew up on a farm, an upbringing that instilled in her a deep appreciation for nature and hard work. She took immense pride in taking care of her husband and son, always ensuring that her family was her number one priority.
An avid reader and writer, Barbara enjoyed crocheting and was passionate about flowers, gardening, and posies. Her love for floristry led her to work as a florist, where she shared her artistic talents with others. Faith was an integral part of her life, and she was a dedicated member of the Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her personal interests, Barbara was actively involved in her community as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her amazing culinary skills were well known among family and friends, as she delighted in creating her own version of recipes.
Barbara Dawson's legacy is one of love, dedication, and service to others. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Norman Dawson; son, Charles (Jenny) Dawson; siblings, Bill Pardee, Debbie Pardee, Karen (Dan), as well as, her nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lina Pardee; grandparents, Harold and Helen Pardee, and aunt and uncle, Marvin and Pauline Pardee.
A service will be held at a later date.
