David Eugene Foote

with his loving family by his side. He was born April 6, 1968 to David Lee and Mildred Irene (Miller)

Foote in Marshall, Michigan. On November 20, 1998 he married Carrie Lynn Hill in Coldwater who survives.

Gene loved hunting and fishing, he holds a Michigan State record for an 8 point buck. He also

enjoyed his work and cared deeply for his employees and employer Matt Jorgensen. Everyone

who met and knew him became very close friends. His daughter and granddaughters meant

the world to him, he taught them to hunt and fish. Gene always said that his father “Dave” is

the greatest man he ever knew. His constant companion was his dog “Lacey” who misses

him badly.

Daughter- Tonya (Bobby) Lamp

Granddaughters- Madison, Kayla and Kelsey

Brothers- Dennis (Theresa) Foote

Murry Stall

Sisters- Tina (Jeff) Klingaman

Laurie Quimby

Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles

Great Niece- JC Quimby

He was preceded in death by his mother Mildred Foote, nephew Derek Klingaman.

According to his wishes, Cremation has taken place and there will be a Celebration of Life

Cookout at their home on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 3:00PM. Friends may bring a dish to
