Donald Edward Marshall

Margaret (Romans) Marshall in Albion, Michigan. He married Ramona Hamman who

survives.

Don had worked for the City of Albion for 35+ years with the road commission. He was a very loving family man who enjoyed canoeing, fishing, camping and just being in the outdoors. Don was a WWII Veteran being a member of the 82nd Airborne Division.

He fought in the Battle of the Bulge and was a distinguished Purple Heart recipient.

Don will be deeply missed by the family and friends who knew and loved him.

Daughters- Lynne Smith

Nancy Knapp

Ann Tabor

Elaine Vincent

Jone Johnson

Steve Vanderford who was considered a son

Brother- Kenneth (Sylvia) Marshall

Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren

Several great great grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his parents, former wife Virginia Kohne, son-in-laws,

Jesse Smith and Robert Knapp, sister, Joyce Foster, grandson, Travis Gauthier.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015 from

9:00AM - 11:00AM at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion,

Michigan 49224. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 5th at 11:00AM

at the funeral home with Pastor Al Henson officiating.
