Leonard Wallace Anderson

Born December 21,1936 in Albion, Michigan. He was the son of the late Wallace and Louise Day Anderson. He was the retired owner of Downtown Tire and Auto in Newbern, Tennessee. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Dyersburg, former president and member of the Newbern Lion's Club and various antique auto clubs.

He is survived by his wife, Patty White Anderson of Dyersburg, TN; one daughter, Cristy Fyffe(David) of Homer, MI; one son Craig Anderson (Michelle) of Dyer, TN; two brothers, David Anderson (Cheryl) of Mattawan, MI, Doug Anderson (Ruth Ann) of Rives Junction, MI; one sister, Carol Egnatuk of Albion, MI, one sister-in-law Sheryl Dowding (David) of Marshall, MI; five grandchildren; Samantha Fyffe(fiancé Dustin) of Rives Junction, Jason Fyffe of Homer, Daniel Cupples, Chloe Anderson, and Jensyn Anderson of Dyer TN; ,one great-grandson Anthony and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Kristine Anderson Collom.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, MI 49224

Visitation will be from 11 AM until 1 PM with services and internment to follow immediately after.
