Marcus Lee Greene

He was born on May 9, 1959, in Albion, Michigan to William H. Greene, Sr. and Beulah (Woods) Greene. He was the third child of seven along with his twin sister. He attended and graduated from Albion Public Schools and worked throughout his life.

Marcus knew and loved the Lord. He was a very transparent person with anyone he met. He was kind and loving and was very genuine in accepting people as they were. He was musically inclined and played the trombone as well as sung baritone. He enjoyed people and loved to sing karaoke.

Marcus leaves to cherish his memory two sisters: Marsha L. Greene (Columbia, MO), and Gwendolyn T. Greene (Dallas, TX); two brothers, William H. Greene, Jr. and David Maxwell (Albion, MI); sister-in-law, Jacqueline Greene (Albion, MI); God-Sister, Marcola Lawler; two Aunts, Edith Burch and Janice Fairley; one Uncle, James Fairley; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Marlon R. Greene, Sr. and Glen M. Greene; one sister, Deborah A. Greene. Marcus was a blessing to our lives and will be truly missed!
