Patrick Lynn Washington

Patrick L. Washington of Albion, MI. He made his heavenly transition at 65, Monday, December 16, 2019. Patrick Washington was born October 2, 1953 to Joseph Harold Reid and Geraldine B Etchison. He was a lifelong resident of Albion and employed by Current Surfaces as a commercial contractor as well as Harvard Industries. Pat also obtained his Chauffeur's license. He graduated from Albion Senior High where he was on the wrestling team and received many awards and medals. He was a member of Leggett Chapel A.M.E. Zion.

Patrick enjoyed driving, skating, riding motorcycles, hunting and had a love for Jazz and Blues and later Hip-Hop. He also loved spending time with his children, grandchildren: Tamara, Kady and Tamir and family and friends.

Pat leaves to carry on his memory: Quinton (Felicia) Williams, Patricea (Terrance) Butler, Pat's life partner, Diana Williams, Gerome K. Etchison, Horace (Cindy) Etchison, David E. Etchison and Brian A. Etchison-Bey, Toya E. Etchison and Le'Ann D. Etchison, 27 nieces and nephews, 61 great-nieces and nephews, Sandra Reid, Nell Reid-Smith, April Clark, 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 3 great-nephews, 2 great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by father, Joseph Harold Reid and mother, Geraldine Beatrice Etchison, both maternal and paternal grandparents, Jessie and Annie Washington and Joseph and Nelzene Reid, Aunts and Uncles.

He also leaves a host of beloved family members, dear friends and colleagues.

Patrick L. Washington will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
