

Richard K. “Dick” Trumble, Sr. age 85 of Parma passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 at home under the loving care of his family. He was born December 22, 1932 in Jackson the son of Virgil and Ethel (Waldby) Trumble and they precede him in death. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Sauceda, brother, Thomas Trumble and son-in-law, Richard Rouse.
Dick married the love of his life Miladore “Millie” Barnes on January 12, 1952 in Parma and she survives. He was employed with Consumer’s Power as a Trench Machine Operator until his retirement in 1988 after 36 years of service. Dick was a very hard worker who loved to tinker with things, especially motors and enjoyed restoring old tractors. He used to raise cattle and enjoyed time spent with his family as well.
In addition to his loving wife of 66 years, Millie, Dick is also survived by 3 children: Patricia Rouse, Richard Trumble, Jr., and Gary Lee (Terri) Trumble, 4 grandchildren: Melissa, Shawn, Heather, Kristen, 6 great-grandchildren: Dakota, Kiley, Hunter, Mahala, Zander, Peyton and brother, Donald Trumble.
According to Dick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and his family will celebrate his life with a gathering on Friday April 27, 2018 from 4-6 PM at his home, 9820 McCain Rd., Parma, MI 49269.
