

March 2, 2013 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Roy
was born September 24, 1933 in Pikeville, Kentucky the son of the late
Ollie James and Elsie B. Mullins Belcher. He was a coal truck driver, served
in the Army during the Korean War and received a Purple Heart, a Paintsville, Kentucky D. A.V. member.
Mr. Belcher is survived by;
Wife- Barbara Ella King Belcher
Sons-Samuel and Rodney Belcher both of Concord
Daughters- Gail Belcher of Albion
Cherry (Troy) Justice of Pikeville, Kentucky
Louellen (Paul) Colburn of Concord
Belisha (Charles) LeCrone of East Jackson
Brother- Charles Arnold (Nancy) Belcher of Albion
Sister- Victoria Simmons of Albion
Twelve Grandchildren,
Seven Great Grandchildren
and the mother of five of his children, Margaret Jane Damron
There will be a visitation period at J. W. Call & Son Funeral Home
Monday March 4, 2013 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. with Levi
Coleman officiating for a service at 6:00.
Mr. Belcher will be transferred to Albion, Michigan
Visitation for family and friends will be from 2:00- 4:00P.M. and
6:00- 8:00P.M. Friday March 8, 2013 at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home,
811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224. Funeral Service will be held
Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Earl Martin officiating.
Burial will follow at the Albion Memory Gardens with Military Honors.
