Susan Kay Few

Susan was a homemaker during the 70’s and 80’s before she took up a job in the fast-food industry. She was a line worker at Little Caesar’s Pizza in Albion, moving on to a management position. She later worked at several convenience stores around Albion before moving back into the fast-food industry. Her last job before retirement was at the local Arby’s restaurant in Albion.

Susan loved crafts and making flower arrangements. You would also find her crocheting or doing some type of needlepoint project in her spare time. She had a love for animals, especially her dog and cats.

Susan is survived by her mother Oweda I Few, her younger brother Douglas (Rita) Few and her sons, Gordon (Shannon) Martin and David (Sara) Martin, two grandsons Gavin and Noah Martin, nieces and nephew.

She is preceded in death by her father, William “Bill” E. Few and her brother, William Dennis Few.

According to her wishes, Susan will be cremated and there are no services planned at this time. Services are entrusted to J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home in Albion.

Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the Calhoun County Humane Society.
