Blayne Alexander Curran

Blayne Alexander Curran went to be with the Good Lord on March 4th, 2022. He was born on August 28th., 2000 in Hollywood, Florida before moving to Tennessee where he graduated from Heritage High School in 2019. He was a student at Pellissippi State majoring in Business Marketing with an interest in design and art. He was excited about a recent scholarship to study abroad in England and was due to graduate this spring.

Blayne was best known for his sense of humor and love of life including plants, animals, family, and his many friends. Blayne was incredibly talented with anything he set his mind to, but it was his loving, caring, and giving personality that set him apart from the world. His infectious personality and love of life made those around him better off.

Blayne made the world better for everyone he met, especially his family. His heart bled for the less fortunate and anyone in need. The joy he brought to everyone’s life will be everlasting. Conversations with Blayne were always intriguing and enlightening. His wit was sharper than a knife. He always thought outside of the box.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Michelle Renee (Jason) Ehrstine; sisters, Riley, Ivey, Poppey; great-grandmother, Helen Burdeaux and grandparents Dr. Richard and Nina Burdeaux and Roger and Leigh Anne Galyon; uncles, Robert, Richie, Chad, Sam, Jake, Fred, and Bert; aunts, Helena, Kris, Debbie, and Lilyan; many cousins, Colin, and Hannah, Amanda, David, Emma, Abby, Jake, John, Robbie, Shayna, Penelope, and Jaxson, and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

The family will honor Blayne with a Receiving of Friends at Sherwood Chapel & Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Highway, Alcoa, TN 37701, in The Good Shepard Mausoleum Chapel on Friday, March 11, 2022, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00pm with Pastor Jayson Hines to officiate the service.
