NEELEY, E. Clyde, age 69 of Rockford, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 8, 2013. He worked for many years in construction as a framer. He was an avid fisherman and a NASCAR enthusiast, and loved the outdoors. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Ellen Neeley; and his beloved Gizmo. Survived by wife of 22 years, Cindy Neeley; children, Rhonda Neeley, Michael Neeley and Timothy Neeley; brothers and sisters, Janette Winegar, Monnie Collins and husband, Suel, Geneva Keplinger and husband, John, Brenda Shaw and husband, Terry, Kyle Neeley and wife, Charlotte, and Rickey Neeley and wife, Terri; his beloved Pepper and Peppe; several nieces and nephews; and several grandchildren. Service will be on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2:00p.m., at Sherwood Chapel, with Rev. Johnnie Millard officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, prior to the service.
