To your family, my deepest condolences. I have such sweet memories when we lived on Boat Gunnel Rd of you walking over to our house to visit with Mom and Dad. You told such sweet stories about my Dad and Mom. I remember your kindness and you always had a huge smile on your face..  You loved your family deeply and you always held that special place in your heart for your wife, Bikey who sadly, passed at such a young age. Rest In Peace my sweet cousin.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Myself and my husband Keith worked with Hugh At Sherwood years ago. He was a joy to be around, and he was wonderful man. He knew Sherwood lock the back of his hand. He always wanted to make sure that the cemetery was looking as good as possible.  He took pride and taking care of the cemetery there at Sherwood. He will truly be missed we will be praying for  your family . 

We were privileged to be close neighbors with Hugh in Townsend.  We enjoyed sitting and listening to his recollections about his boyhood and growing up in Townsend.  He was a wealth of history and knowledge about the local area. His detail to keeping his property looking immaculent was an inspiration. He was always ready to help if we needed something. It was a pleasure to know Hugh. He will be missed.

Dad, l will always love you and l will always have all the good memories of you in my heart ❤️ l will miss you  l know you are visiting with grandpa Ownby , granny   and grandpa Have and granny Alice dad rest in peace  l know one day l will see you again l love you

Daddy,. I will miss you so much. Little girls think that their daddy's are forever. I loved you so much and always will. I will always remember us sitting on the front porch of the white house and just talking  away and laughing. You were always my hero daddy. I love you and I hope someday I will see you again in heaven.   I love you daddy.     Danica❤️💜

Uncle Dot, you were loved by your daughters, grand children, siblings, nieces and nephews. I have great childhood memories of you picking me up at the airport where my Tennessee summers began. I played in those mountains with Leslie and Danica and in your pool....you were Miss Piggy, those are great memories! You were there for my dad when my brother David passed and you even helped comfort my mom and her sister when their parents, my maternal grandparents, passed. You loved working in the yard and telling big stories. You had  a great smile.  The images of you and Flo visiting my dad 3 weeks ago for what would be his last visit with you, are forever burned into  my mind. We did not anticipate that your homecoming would before my dad's. I trust you are now waiting on him. He will be there soon. Lots of love to you Dot.

Dott you are going to be missed.  I can see us talking about your adventures when you were in the service and how I thought Dolly wrote that song about you and you just smiled.  I thank Jesus I got to see you one last time.  I will miss you Uncle Dott!  I know you are in a better place. You get to walk with Jesus and see our loved ones that are already in Heaven with you. I love you Dott ♡
