Catherine McCranie Gore

Catherine McCranie Gore, age 96, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024. She was born on May 4th, 1928 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Mary and Roe McCranie. She grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas and married Lloyd Gore in 1948. She was a member of St. Luke's Methodist, then Otter Creek Assembly of God, then finally Life Church of Little Rock.

In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Gore; sisters, Francis Campbell and Mary Alice Keener; and brothers, John McCranie, Roe McCranie Jr., and William McCranie.

Catherine is survived by her children, daughter Dr. Karen Pryor of Jasper, Tennessee and son Dr. Richard Gore of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren, Dr. Rhett Gore, Dr. Sean Gore, Lori Gore, Dr. Mica Foster, and Jett Pryor; as well as great grandchildren, Kian Pryor, Micaela Gore, Kaitlyn Gore, Aubrey Gore, Jack Gore, Trey McDaniel, and Layla McDaniel.

A funeral service for Catherine will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Life Church of Little Rock, 9415 Stagecoach Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210. Following the funeral service will be a graveside at 3:00 PM at Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7401 HIGHWAY 5 N, ALEXANDER, Arkansas 72002.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Catherine's name to Life Church of Little Rock.
