Donald loved and adored his wife of 61 years, Sharon J. Ray, daughter Amanda Ray Sowerbrower (Wes) of Springdale, AR, grandsons Conner Sowerbrower (Anna) of Texarkana, AR and Casey Sowerbrower of Springdale, AR.
He also leaves behind brother Charles F. Ray (Kathleen) of Little Rock, AR and sisters Nancy Wilson of North Little Rock, AR and Jo Ann Odom of Alexander, AR as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
Donald was in the National Guard for 6 years and retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 33 years of service. He loved dancing and socializing with friends at the Bryant Senior Center.
A memorial visitation is scheduled at Pinecrest Funeral Home Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 10:00am -11:00am. With internment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
