Donna Sue Barbee

Donna was a graduate of Hampton High School in 1961. She enjoyed participating in Miss Hampton in 1960, Miss Russellville in 1961, and Miss Calhoun County Forest Queen in 1961. Donna enjoyed playing golf, decorating, working in her flower beds, planning and hosting events, and celebrations. She retired after 35 years at Arkansas Highway Department.

Donna is survived by daughter, Christi Brink, grandchildren, Ashleigh Brink, and Carson Brink, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Allen Gene Barbee; her parents; grandson, Maddox Brink; and sister, Patricia Nutt.

A graveside service will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Park on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 3:00 PM. With a visitation at Pinecrest Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM prior to service. Pallbearers will be Carson Brink, Brian Nutt, John Bennett, and Jimmy Bennett. Honorary pallbearers are Buck Barbee, Clarene Bennett, Russ Barbee and Greg Barbee. A special thanks to the staff and residents at The Manor of Bryant and Hospice Home Care in Little Rock.
