To know her was to love her. She was the best wife, Mom, Nana, Greazy, friend, neighbor, dog owner, coworker, teacher, fake patient, and real patient. She always made you feel cared for and loved, unless you were trying to merge last minute on the I-430 ramp! She would rather wreck her beloved, voted number 1 safety-rated Consumer Reported car than let you in.
"She lived a full life" and never turned down a trip or a fun time. She loved her people, all animals, cowboy boots, and theatre. Rachel did not want a funeral and wrote, "the people I love know I am dead and that is all I care about." It was her special request that we "just gather up the family and love on each other."
Please join us in celebrating her life on Saturday January 25, from 2-4PM, dropping in to honor her life and share your memories of her with others who loved her.
