Washington St., Alexandria, VA on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm where a Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 12:00pm. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.
