My wife and I recently visited where Annex D of the American Embassy was located in Paris at #80 Rue le Boetie. This is where Ed and I spent much time on  COCOM activities.  COCOM existed from 1947 until the fall of the Soviet Union in 1994.  The site is now a commercial office area.

Ed will be missed by all those who came in contact with him over the years.  I enjoyed working with Ed these last few years at IDA.  We spent many memorable moments together and traveled many roads together.  He will surely be missed by all.

Ed was like a brother to me and I will never forget him- - NEVER. May he rest in peace forever.

Dear Myers Family:  Remembering all of the happy times spent in the Myers home!  Your Dad was such a smart man, quiet, thoughtful, interesting ... but could also be hysterical (in a quiet kind of way).  How lucky he had such a wonderful family and so many years to spend with you:)  He is still with you, you just can't see him.  Remember, we are all heading to the same destination ... he just arrived before you did, already connecting with his relatives and friends that arrived before him!  Wish I could have been at the services yesterday and today, please know I was there in spirit and I'm happy the rest of Clan Martin made it!  Hopefully, I will make it to his funeral in Arlington. Ed was a great colleague and friend.  On behalf of the entire Virginia membership of the Air Force Military Auxiliary Radio System (MARS) program I extend heartfelt condolences to his family.  We will miss him greatly.
