Helen Early Lane of Alexandria, VA died on Saturday, February 9, 2013. She is proceeded in death by her husband Francis Amon Lane. Helen is survived by her three children Patty Holmes (Bob), Richard F. Lane (Susan) and Susan L. Dammeyer (Steve) She is the loving grandmother of Christopher and Katie Dammeyer. Friends may call the Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 where the family will be present on Thursday, February 14th from 4-6:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 15th at 10:00am at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1301 Collingwood Road, Alexandria, VA 22308 with interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
